A well-established pediatric therapy center is seeking a Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Chicago, Illinois (60642) . This role is ideal for therapists passionate about working with children in a supportive, multidisciplinary outpatient setting.

• Salary: $720,000 $820,000 annually (based on experience)

• Collaborative, child-centered therapy environment

As a Pediatric Outpatient PT, you will:

• Evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with developmental delays, neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic conditions, and other physical impairments

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child s functional goals

• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development

• Educate and coach parents/caregivers on home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements

• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, behavioral specialists, and referring providers

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall patient care planning

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Illinois PT license (or ability to obtain)

• Pediatric outpatient experience preferred

• Strong communication and family-centered care approach

• CPR certification (required)
