A well-established pediatric therapy center is seeking a Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Chicago, Illinois (60642) . This role is ideal for therapists passionate about working with children in a supportive, multidisciplinary outpatient setting. Position Overview Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist Chicago, IL 60642 Full-Time Permanent Salary: $720,000 $820,000 annually (based on experience) Collaborative, child-centered therapy environment Key Responsibilities As a Pediatric Outpatient PT, you will: Evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with developmental delays, neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic conditions, and other physical impairments Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child s functional goals Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development Educate and coach parents/caregivers on home exercise programs Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, behavioral specialists, and referring providers Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall patient care planning Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Illinois PT license (or ability to obtain) Pediatric outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and family-centered care approach CPR certification (required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $720K $820K annually Comprehensive benefits package may include: Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off CME allowance Professional development support Retirement plan options Why Chicago (60642)?
