IDD Mentor - Direct Support for Independence & Community

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and community, helping them achieve personal goals and improve quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, transporting clients to activities, and documenting progress while promoting independence in a safe environment.
