About the Role

The Finance, Due Diligence & Capital Documentation Analyst will help establish the financial and documentation infrastructure supporting Verde Nexus’s $1 million pilot capitalization strategy.

This individual will organize financial information, capital documentation, investor-diligence materials, budgets, forecasts, funding records and controlled data-room materials so leadership can respond rapidly and accurately to legitimate investor, lender, partner and professional-adviser inquiries.

This is  not an investment-sales role .

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the capital due-diligence checklist.
• Organize investor-ready financial and corporate documentation.
• Maintain controlled data-room structure and access records.
• Assist with pilot budgets, cash-use schedules and operating forecasts.
• Maintain capitalization and funding trackers.
• Track investment indications, executed documents, funds received and outstanding requirements.
• Assist with financial models and scenario analysis.
• Reconcile financial claims across decks, proposals, term materials and diligence documents.
• Coordinate requested documentation with accounting, tax, legal and executive advisers.
• Maintain version control for financial and capital documents.
• Flag inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions and missing documentation before materials reach investors.
• Prepare concise weekly capital-readiness reports for leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning corporate and financial information.

• Diligence requests can be answered quickly and accurately.
• No conflicting financial numbers across investor documents.
• Capital documentation is complete, current and version-controlled.
• Pilot budget and use-of-funds information remain current.
• Leadership has clear visibility into committed, pending and received capital.
• Investor-facing documentation is defensible and professionally organized.

Ideal Candidate

• Finance, accounting, corporate finance, FP&A, investment operations or transaction-support experience.
• Strong spreadsheet and financial-modeling ability.
• Experience organizing due diligence or investor documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable interpreting financial statements and transaction documents.
• Experience with virtual data rooms/document-control systems preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and professional judgment.
• Startup, private-company or capital-raise experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed project/milestone compensation documented before work begins.
• Compensation is  not calculated as a percentage of investment capital raised .
• Funding-triggered expansion of the engagement may occur as operating capital becomes available.
• Strong performers may receive priority consideration for a funded finance/capital-operations position.
