Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Monroe, NY. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor management during service, and coordination with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and consistent food quality. This role leads, schedules, trains, and supports the front-of-house team, ensuring clear communication, adherence to service standards, and a positive work environment. The Restaurant Manager monitors guest satisfaction on the floor, responds to feedback in real time, manages reservations and seating, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The position also assists with inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and collaboration with ownership and leadership on menu changes, events, and seasonal initiatives that reflect the farm-to-table philosophy.

• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, hospitable environment and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and leading restaurant teams, including scheduling, performance feedback, and fostering a respectful, inclusive culture.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication with guests and staff and effective coordination with kitchen and management teams.
• Hands-on experience in food & beverage operations, including floor management, menu knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and basic understanding of cost control.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service setting required; farm-to-table or seasonal restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and compliance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Proficiency with POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets) for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
