Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department experience in a similar size Emergency Department and trauma level 2 or 1 experience required. License: Active Compact License required at the time of submission. Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI, TNCC Must-Have: - Trauma Certification (ATCN/TNCC/ATLC) - Prior travel experience required - Must work at least one major holiday (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and/or New Year’s Day) - All requests for time off must be included in the submission Description: We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 20-week assignment. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. The nurse must commit to working every other weekend. Prior travel experience is required for this position. The candidate must be able to work at least one major holiday. The role requires certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI, and TNCC. The nurse must possess trauma certification as well. Strong prior experience with Cerner is preferred. The unit may cancel assignments up to 36 hours in advance due to census changes. Locals within 60 miles are not accepted for this position.
