Service Support Are you passionate about working in the Food & Beverage industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Service Support where you will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team. You will learn valuable customer service skills and gain hands-on experience in the industry. Responsibilities:
Work schedule
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Support the team during busy periods
- Welcoming patrons
- Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
- Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
- Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
- Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
- Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
- Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Availability for day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
