This position expects to operate in a team environment as well as independently. The AM creates and maintains highly engaged branch teams to achieve breakthrough results for the bank. The AM is also responsible for setting clear goals and responsibilities for their teams to make sure their area is within compliance, reviewing all branch-related matters and providing feedback for improvement, leading meetings with their assigned area, and coaching and developing their direct reports.As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving an increasingly profitable market. Responsibilities Set clear and challenging goals for branch management teamManage sales activities by analyzing sales reports, identifying performance gaps, creating action plans, monitoring progress and inspecting resultsMonitor operation policies and procedures to ensure assigned area is within compliance with federal, state and local regulationsDevelop tracking logs to monitor and improve branch matters through branch training and coachingEffectively communicate sales to Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers from corporateTrack day-to-day deposit movements through various reportsAssist senior management team in recommendation and implementation of deposit retention action plansMay perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required5+ years retail/commercial banking experienceAbility to multitask and prioritizeFlexible and adaptable to dynamic environmentMust be willing to travelStrong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliar with federal and state banking laws and regulationsApplicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
