Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
• Monitor fetal well-being through continuous electronic fetal monitoring.
• Assist with C-Section deliveries and circulation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in Meditech EMR.
• Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, and NRP requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with 2+ years of experience in labor and delivery.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
• Competency in electronic fetal monitoring and SVE.
• Experience in high-volume Level IV units preferred.
• Previous experience with HCA facilities is advantageous.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
