Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the assigned Auntie Anne's store at Northwoods Mall, with a particular emphasis on maintaining Auntie Anne's Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving maximum profitability.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Auntie Anne's Pretzel store.
• Prep, bake, and serve pretzels alongside other menu products.
• Take the lead in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring adequate staff to meet operational needs.
• Assist, guide, and evaluate employees on the performance of their duties.
• Sign off on all training assessments and lead necessary disciplinary actions or terminations.
• Review weekly sales and labor reports to project data and build compliant weekly schedules.
• Partner with the Regional Manager to set and track daily sales and labor goals.
• Enforce cash handling and management policies across all store personnel.
• Manage store inventory and order resources as needed.
• Maintain clean equipment and foster a positive, motivated team environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings for both the management team and the entire crew.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Mall Managers and Marketing Specialists.
• Ensure all personnel strictly comply with all Chestnut Land Company policies and the "Promise Code of Conduct."

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must be ServSafe Certified
• Experience: Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment
• License: A valid driver's license
• Availability: Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings
