We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, PA! As a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) , you will utilize your expertise to help residents regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reach their highest functional potential.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and care plans for residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting

• Develop individualized therapy goals focused on restoring function, mobility, and independence

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including PT, ST, Nursing, and Social Services

• Document all therapy services accurately and timely in accordance with state and federal guidelines

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and safety

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, resident-centered environment

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred, but strong new grads are welcome

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage caseload and maintain high-quality clinical standards
