Provides superior customer service and offers solutions to customers to resolve problems within company guidelines.Position Responsibilities:Effectively handle all incoming calls and follow up calls – up to 100% of shift handling callsProvides superior customer service, responding to requests for interpretations of guidelines and procedures, rating inquiries and premium discrepancies in a prompt and professional mannerResearch policy information and exercise underwriting authorityEscalate risks beyond designated authority level to Commercial Underwriter/Sr. Commercial Underwriter or Supervisor/ManagerProcess high volume policy change requests from internal and external customers. Assist with questions related to billing, compliance guidelines and procedures, rating inquiries, etc.Position Qualifications:One (1) year or more related Property & Casualty experienceHigh School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferredStrong verbal, listening and written communication skill; Bilingual English/Spanish preferredApply professional and effective phone skillsCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skillsAbility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced, high volume call center environmentAbility to use problem-solving and decision-making skills to help customers and process workStrong computer skills including typing, spreadsheets, word processing software and CRM applicationsMust be dependable, and reliableWork schedule may fluctuate based on business needsThis is a fully remote position.The range for this position is $20.38 to $35.01. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors.
