Salary: $140,000 - 205,700 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• We are looking for someone with 12 years of experience plus an advanced degree, or 17 years of experience plus a bachelors degree.
• We need demonstrated experience designing, building, and administering enterprise database solutions for mission-critical systems.
• We expect hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server, as well as graph platforms such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Stardog, GraphDB, or similar.
• We value experience designing and tuning databases that support Semantic Web technologies, RDF data stores, or knowledge graph environments.
• We require experience creating ETL and ELT pipelines and integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple enterprise sources.
• We need knowledge of database performance tuning, indexing, backup and recovery, replication, security, and high-availability design.
• We expect the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with ontology or knowledge graph programs in Government or Intelligence Community settings.
• Preferred qualifications also include experience with RDF triple stores, SPARQL endpoints, semantic integration frameworks, cloud database platforms, containerized environments, Infrastructure as Code, and relevant database certifications.
• Preferred qualifications include experience mentoring teams and transferring technical knowledge to Government personnel or multidisciplinary groups.

• We will rely on you to design, implement, administer, and optimize relational, graph, and semantic database environments that support Object-Based Intelligence missions.
• You will create logical and physical data models for ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, and enterprise metadata management.
• You will architect scalable database solutions for Semantic Web technologies, including RDF triple stores, graph databases, and SPARQL endpoints.
• You will build and maintain ETL and ELT workflows that bring heterogeneous data into our knowledge management platforms.
• You will partner with ontology engineers, software developers, data scientists, analysts, and Government stakeholders to turn mission needs into effective database and integration solutions.
• You will improve database performance through indexing, query tuning, partitioning, replication, and capacity planning.
• You will implement security controls, encryption, access management, backup and recovery, and auditing to meet Government cybersecurity requirements.
• You will develop automation, monitoring, and maintenance processes to keep our database environments highly available and reliable.
• You will support AI/ML efforts by providing scalable infrastructure and efficient access to structured, semi-structured, and semantic data.
• You will produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, data dictionaries, configuration artifacts, and operational procedures.
• You will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to Government personnel and project team members on database architecture and data management best practices.
