M&M'S Disney Springs - Seasonal Retail Associate (Finance) Job Description: This position pays $17.50 per hour. Candidates m ust be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays. For those interested, there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance. Job Overview: Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling , or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. Job Requirements and Qualifications Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics . Must have authorization to work in the U.S. Must be 18 years old to apply No Education or previous retail experience r equired Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety , food handling , Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends,and/or holidays
