Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - 1730 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

Additional Details:

Current and valid driver’s license or state-issued ID required. A proof of address document in the traveler’s name that matches the address on the driver’s license or ID and is issued within the last 3 months must be included to apply. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous charge experience preferred.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Telemetry unit caring for neuro, stroke, med/surg, bariatric surgery, and ortho neurosurgery patients. - Ratios: days 1:4, nights 1:6.

Shift & Scheduling: - RTO: 5 days or less. - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - May float within scope to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities, if needed.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
