Allagash Brewing Company, a Maine-based Certified B Corp known for quality, innovation, and sustainable practices, is looking for a Sales Representative (SR) to support and grow our presence throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. In this role, you'll spend most of your time in the field, visiting current accounts, opening new ones, working closely with our distributor partners, and making sure Allagash shows up strong on shelves, menus, and draft lists. You'll be the face of Allagash in the market, building lasting relationships, leading trainings and activations, and supporting events that bring our brand to life. You'll also be part of a collaborative and experienced sales team that values partnership, communication, and long-term growth in the market.

This territory is relationship-driven and competitive. The territory includes key markets throughout central and coastal Connecticut, as well as Rhode Island, requiring regular travel and strong territory management skills. Familiarity with the Connecticut and Rhode Island beverage landscape and experience working with distributor partners will set you up for success. We're generally looking for candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience, and experience working with or for a distributor is strongly preferred. Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating clearly, and bringing a positive, people-first approach to every interaction. We're especially excited to meet candidates who build strong partnerships and create genuine excitement around the brands they represent.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a base compensation range of $62,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for our sales incentive program, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6,000 annually, along with strong benefits and long-term growth opportunities within the company.

A comprehensive onboarding process will take place at the brewery in Portland, Maine, and within the Connecticut and Rhode Island market. A minimum of two trips to the brewery are planned each year to connect in person with the broader sales team and spend time immersed in all things Allagash. There may also be occasional travel outside the assigned territory based on business needs, including support for crew drives, beer festivals, and other market activities.

This position includes some evening and weekend hours, as well as regular travel throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island within the assigned territory. A valid driver's license is required. The ideal candidate will be based in the greater New Haven, Connecticut area, allowing efficient access to accounts and distributor partners throughout both states.
