Assembler / Line Lead Provide hands-on assembly, racking, cabling, and cable building while leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsible for production workflow, quality checks, training, and daily coordination.

Shift: 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $20.30/hourResponsibilities

• Lead and support contractor associates in assembly and cabling.
• Coordinate assignments to meet production goals.
• Train new team members; answer production questions.
• Monitor productivity, safety, and quality throughout shift.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and resolve non-conformances.
• Assemble and inspect racks and cables; follow detailed instructions.
• Safely handle heavy materials and operate tools.
• Maintain organized workspaces and support material handling.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience.
• Team leadership and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail; able to follow instructions and diagrams.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders up to 9 feet.
• Preferred: Experience leading teams, rack/cabling/data center hardware, inspections, soldering.
