Centralized Leasing Specialist

Seldin Company is seeking a Centralized Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing lifecycle from a central location for multiple properties. This role supports onsite teams by handling prospect engagement, lead qualifications, tour coordination, application processing, lease execution, move-in coordination, resident account support, renewal administration, and approved technology-enabled and AI-assisted leasing tools while maintaining appropriate oversight and compliance with applicable housing laws and company policies. Pay is determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
