AI Product ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking an AI Product Manager for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, and Dallas, TX. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead product planning, prioritization, and delivery coordination for enterprise AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, connectors, and governed business automation. This role will partner with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations teams to define use cases, shape roadmaps, manage backlogs, and drive adoption of AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value.Responsibilities:Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for AI worker capabilities across M365 and business application scenariosTranslate business demand into clear product requirements, epics, features, and acceptance criteriaPartner with architecture and engineering teams to align delivery with enterprise standards, governance, and security controlsDrive stakeholder engagement across LOB, platform, risk, compliance, and delivery teamsManage backlog, dependencies, release planning, and outcome trackingDefine value realization metrics, adoption goals, and success measures for AI-enabled scenariosSupport connector onboarding, enterprise knowledge grounding, agent lifecycle planning, and use case intakeCoordinate pilot, rollout, and adoption activities across business and platform teamsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field0-3 years of experienceStrong product management experience in enterprise platforms, digital workplace, automation, or AI-enabled programsExperience translating business problems into scalable product capabilities and phased roadmapsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, enterprise search, and connector-based architecturesStrong communication, executive presentation, and cross-functional coordination skillsExperience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements documentationVerbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage one's timeDesired skills:MBA or other related advanced degreeExperience with enterprise AI governance, prompt/agent lifecycle, or data access enablementFinancial services or regulated industry experienceExposure to reporting and measurement of product adoption and business outcomesPay range: $29.32 - $37.32 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
