Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. What you'll do: + Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously. + Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well keeping our coffee station clean and organized. + Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. + Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting. + Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines. + Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more. The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $19.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
