Registered Nurse

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians. Responsibilities IV Therapy Administration; initiating, maintaining and removing Peripheral IVs, CVCs and PICC line Maintenance Medication Delivery: Administering specialized, high-risk medications including chemotherapy, biologics, antibiotics, immunoglobulin (IVIG), and hydration. Patient Monitoring: Assessing patients before, during, and after treatments to identify potential adverse reactions or side effects, requiring quick action in cases of anaphylaxis. Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA) Qualifications Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure Strong IV skills preferred; training will be provided. CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification 2+ years of ICU, Oncology or medical-surgical experience with strong independent nursing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
