What You'll Do:Analyze community and portfolio financial performanceSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planningBuild financial models for acquisitions, developments, and partnershipsEvaluate labor, rate, and expense trends to improve margins and RevPARAssist with underwriting, proformas, and investment analysisBenchmark operating and capital performance across assetsContribute to M&A activity and new management contract evaluationsPrepare presentations for ownership groups and senior leadershipConduct market research and competitive analysisCollaborate with Operations, FP&A, and Development teamsYou help transform data into actionable strategies that enhance asset performance and long-term growth.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field2+ years experience in finance, asset management, or FP&AStrong financial modeling and underwriting skillsAdvanced Excel skills (Power BI or planning systems preferred)Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearlyHighly organized with strong attention to detailAsset Management Analyst – Support Strategic Portfolio DecisionsPay Range: 62,500.00 - 96,100.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
