Medical Billing and Front Desk Coordinator

divh2Patient Financial And Front Desk Support/h2pWe are seeking a detail-oriented and personable team member to support both our patient financial processes and front desk operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth patient experience while also supporting accurate billing, insurance coordination, and communication with our billing partners./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pullistrongPatient Financial Billing Support/strong/liliReview and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and insurance responses/liliLiaise with our external billing company to resolve claim issues, denials, and discrepancies/liliAssist with insurance verification and pre-screening prior to patient visits/liliMonitor outstanding balances and support collection processes in a professional manner/liliIdentify trends in billing issues and communicate with leadership to improve processes/li/ulullistrongFront Desk Patient Experience/strong/liliWarmly greet members, guests, and physical therapy patients/liliAnswer phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and timely manner/liliSchedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records/liliCollect co-payments and other patient financial responsibilities/liliMaintain strong communication between therapists, patients, and administrative team/liliRespond to patient concerns in a timely and professional manner/li/ulullistrongOperations/strong/liliMaintain a clean and organized reception area/liliRepresent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times/liliParticipate in team meetings and training sessions/liliSupport awareness of programs offered by Cape Cod Rehab and affiliated fitness facilities/li/ulpstrongRequirements/strong/pulliExperience in medical billing, insurance verification, or healthcare administration preferred/liliAbility to read and understand EOBs and insurance terminology/liliStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills/liliProficiency with computers, including Excel and data entry/liliExcellent communication and organizational skills/liliFriendly, professional demeanor with patients and team members/liliPrior medical office or front desk experience preferred/li/ulpstrongSchedule/strong/pulliMondayFriday, typically 8:00 AM 5:00 PM/liliSome flexibility for earlier or later shifts/li/ul/div
