Goldin is seeking a detail-oriented Live Stream Associate Producer to support the planning, technical execution, and delivery of live commerce broadcasts across eBay Live and other digital platforms. This role is a great fit for someone with experience producing live streams who enjoys managing the creative side but experience leans more towards the technical aspects of live productions.

As a Live Stream Associate Producer, you’ll support every stage of the production process—from pre-production planning and technical setup to live execution and post-event analysis. You’ll work closely with producers, technical teams, talent, and cross-functional partners to ensure every livestream delivers a seamless experience for buyers and viewers.

This role supports a new initiative with a global sports franchise and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as live programming demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of live broadcasts, including live auctions and livestream ecommerce events.
• Assist in developing run-of-shows, production schedules, scripts, and show documentation.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot livestream production systems using platforms such as OBS, vMix, or similar software.
• Support multi-camera productions, including audio, lighting, video switching, and streaming workflows.
• Monitor livestreams during broadcast, quickly identifying and resolving technical or production issues.
• Coordinate with hosts, talent, production crews, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful live productions.
• Assist with pre-show setup, rehearsals, equipment preparation, and post-show wrap-up.
• Support operation of the eBay Live platform, including monitoring audience engagement and assisting with live buyer interactions.
• Track production performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve viewer engagement, production quality, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain production equipment and assist with studio organization and workflow improvements.
• Travel to off-site productions as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience supporting live broadcast, livestream, digital media, or technical production environments.
• Experience producing or supporting live productions in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of the Los Angeles professional basketball landscape, with an understanding of its players, culture, events, and trends.
• Familiarity with livestream production software such as OBS, vMix, or comparable platforms.
• Working knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, audio, lighting, and streaming hardware.
• Basic understanding of broadcast signal flow, including SDI, HDMI, and IP-based production technologies (NDI, Dante, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to remain calm during live productions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Comfortable working on both Windows and macOS platforms.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience with livestream commerce, eCommerce, or marketplace platforms such as eBay Live.
• Familiarity with sports, collectibles, trading cards, or memorabilia.
• Experience supporting both studio and remote productions.
• Experience building, launching, or scaling a physical studio or production space, including the ability to evaluate an early-stage production environment, identify operational and technical needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop a scalable studio.
• Knowledge of social-first and digital video production workflows.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
