Back Finance Manager Finance Farmington Hills , MI Direct Hire Aug 25, 2026 A growing, technology-driven organization is seeking a Finance Manager to join its leadership team and help elevate the finance function into a more strategic, forward-looking business partner. Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible role combines FP&A, strategic finance, M&A, and revenue analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys building models, digging into the numbers, partnering with leadership, and having a direct impact on business decisions and growth. Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Location: Metro Detroit, MI Work Schedule: Hybrid Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base salary, plus bonus and long-term incentive opportunity. Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Life and disability insurance Paid time off Annual bonus opportunity Long-term incentive program Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and strategic forecasts Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and decision support Support M&A activities including modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration Support revenue recognition and contract analysis in accordance with ASC 606 Analyze KPIs, margins, revenue trends, and key business-performance drivers Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Legal, and other business functions Provide pricing, ROI, and strategic business analysis Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and financial systemsPrepare financial analysis and reporting for executive leadership Remain hands-on while helping develop a proactive, forward-looking finance function Qualifications: Strong FP&A and strategic finance experience, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering Meaningful M&A experience including modeling/valuation, due diligence, and integration support Strong understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition Progressive experience within corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills Experience working in a hands-on environment with broad financial ownership strongly preferred Fintech, SaaS, technology, or recurring-revenue experience is a plus Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams Collaborative, adaptable working style with a strong emphasis on long-term cultural fit #J-18808-Ljbffr JFS and Associates
