We are looking for a detail-oriented Leasing Administrative Assistant to support daily office and leasing operations in Indiana. This Long-term Contract opportunity offers part-time hours of approximately 25 hours per week and is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing front-desk interaction with administrative support. The ideal candidate will help keep records organized, respond to incoming inquiries effectively, and contribute to a smooth experience for residents, visitors, and internal staff.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, providing courteous and attentive assistance in person and by phone.
• Respond to inbound calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay accurate information in a timely manner.
• Maintain leasing and administrative records by entering, updating, and reviewing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide day-to-day clerical support such as filing documents, preparing correspondence, and organizing office materials.
• Assist the leasing team with scheduling, document collection, and follow-up communication related to prospective and current residents.
• Support reception and general office coverage to help ensure smooth daily operations during assigned part-time hours.
• Track paperwork and administrative tasks carefully so deadlines and internal processes remain on schedule.
