Emergency Medicine Pharmacist

MercyOne has a great opportunity for a dedicated Emergency Medicine Pharmacist. MercyOne is a 622-bed hospital with a 56-bed Adult and Pediatric Emergency Department. We are a level II Adult and Pediatric trauma center, Accredited Chest Pain Center and Ventricular Assist Device Certified. The hospital is certified as a Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center and serves as a regional tertiary care center for many local rural hospitals. There is a PGY1 and Emergency Medicine PGY2 on-site with opportunities for precepting and longitudinal projects. The EM pharmacy practice has been in place for many years with close provider relationships. EM pharmacists practice medication administration and own a culture callback program with prescriptive authority through a CPA. The position would be a mixture of 1st and 2nd shift with rotating weekend coverage. Please reach out with any questions.
