Senior Accountant
Location: Pompano Beach, FL. (OnSite)
Salary: $65,00 - $90,00 annually (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while supporting core accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries by analyzing financial data
Maintain and support general ledger activity and account reconciliations
Assist with monthend close , including balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Manage daily banking transactions and account activity
Support accounts payable functions , including vendor bill review and payment processing
Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Assist with external audits and prepare required documentation and schedules
Reconcile transactions and support financial operations across multiple areas
Partner with internal teams to support reporting and accounting needs
Assist leadership with special projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For

5-7 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of general ledger and financial reporting
Experience with monthend close and account reconciliations
NetSuite experience is required
Advanced Excel experience required
Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
