Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the Acetylene Plant from production and distribution to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Work every day in a way that actively supports and accomplishes the Values, Mission, and Vision of Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. Responsibilities Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity. Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Ability to manage safety programs that help ensure the protection of employees and public. Repair or replace plant equipment as needed.
