Your Role at KIK

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout our warehouse and manufacturing facility. You will play a critical role in shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance with safety and material handling requirements.

As a key member of the operations team, you'll help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time while supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. What You'll Do

• Assure orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documents.

• Prepare reports, manage shipping schedules, and perform other administrative tasks.

• Assist in resolving any discrepancies.

• Help with or complete special projects at the discretion of the Lead or Supervisors.

• Answer/route all telephone calls in a polite manner, taking messages and routing to proper individual in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up of goods.

• Prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.

• Assist in training new associates.

• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or forklift experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred

• Ability to obtain forklift certification

• Strong computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to read shipping documents, pick lists, bills of lading, and hazardous material documentation

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $22.00 - $23.50 hourly The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including your relevant skills and experience.
