Shipping Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform all outgoing shipping tasks, including packaging, labels, and waybills.

2. Coordinating with courier/freight companies to schedule shipment pickups.

3. Communicate with sales personnel regarding orders shipped

4. Process incoming work orders

5. Assist with inventory verification as needed

6. Other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide on the job training to new employees as needed.

2. Follow all safety and health policies and procedures issued by the company.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school

diploma or equivalent.

2. Proficient in Excel.

3. Proficient in all Office 365 applications.

4. Communication and organizational skills required.

5. Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions

6. Collaboration; Teamwork Orientation

7. Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office/warehouse environment
