Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Primary Care Physician to care for employees and dependents at our Health Center in Suwanee, GA. Scheduled hours are Mondays 8A-5:30P, Tuesdays–Thursdays 8A-5P, Fridays 8A-4P.
You will provide episodic, preventive, and acute care, develop treatment plans, and coordinate referrals with internal and external resources. Licenses, board certification, and CPR are required to practice in your state.
