Team Member - Move Specialist - Packing, Unpacking, Sorting

We are a local family‑owned and operated company seeking an Operations Manager in Bonita Springs and Central Naples. We specialize in downsizing, senior relocation services, clean outs and online auctions. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to provide a valuable service to those in your community! Job description (including, but not limited to): Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management Client management through the move, cleanout and auction process Provide quality control and training of team members Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold Safely pack and unpack goods Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items And more, no 2 days are alike! Start hourly based on experience Roles and Responsibilities: Physically Move home furniture and tangible personal property Physically throw items into dumpsters. Pack, and or unpack boxes Communicates positively with clients, peers, and Managers Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack, and stage/resettle client household items Other duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications & Skills: Outstanding customer service skills Professional attitude and demeanor Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Ability to interact productively with co‑workers and function well in a team environment Ability to follow instructions or direction Valid driver’s license and good driving record Physical/Environmental Requirements: Frequent walking and/or standing, bending and stooping Stamina to lift items (up to 40 lbs) frequently as needed Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 lbs (if necessary) from time‑to‑time You May Be A Great Fit If You: Believe people matter Are a great listener and communicator Are curious but never judgmental Are very organized and can multitask A problem solver Love to manage a caring team Have an entrepreneurial spirit #J-18808-Ljbffr
