Required Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in California Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications Doctoral degree in physical therapy Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting; new graduates welcome Additional certifications or licenses as required for the position Summary The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, the therapist creates personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy.
