Psychologist- Top Market Pay

LifeStance Health is seeking a dedicated Psychologist for a top-market-pay opportunity within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As a Psychologist with LifeStance, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services through a blend of in-person and telehealth appointments, helping individuals and families improve their overall well-being and daily functioning.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive psychological assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and deliver individualized treatment plans grounded in current best practices. You will provide psychotherapy to patients with a wide range of presentations, such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment challenges. Using a patient-centered approach, you will collaborate closely with each individual to establish treatment goals, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed to ensure meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Your work will take place in a hybrid environment, combining the flexibility of telehealth with the value of in-office care. You will use secure, HIPAA-compliant technology to conduct virtual sessions and maintain thorough clinical documentation in our electronic health record system. As part of the LifeStance Health team, you will collaborate with skilled psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health professionals to coordinate care, share clinical insights, and support comprehensive treatment planning.
