What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in producing and packaging quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow all GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.

• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation duties to maintain food-safe production areas.

• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

• Identify and report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns.

• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and schedules.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

• Follow all company policies and food industry regulations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
