Director of Maintenance Newport Post Acute (SNF)

Join our team at Newport Post Acute as a Director of Maintenance. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time opportunity! Hours: 8AM-5PM. Same Day Pay! Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour. No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Qualifications as Director of Maintenance:

• Must have, as a minimum, four (4) years of experience in a maintenance position.
• Nursing home experience required.
• HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
• Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
