Product Owner / Business Analyst

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets to identify issues and potential solutions.
• We expect experience collaborating across business, operations, product, data, and technology teams.
• We need the ability to understand technical topics such as system changes, data flows, dependencies, and business impacts, and translate them into clear action plans.
• We require strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: experience with large datasets and data migrations.
• Preferred: knowledge of wealth management, investment platforms, and advisor workflows.
• Preferred: proficiency with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, or AI-assisted analysis, or a willingness to learn.

• We own the product from early ideation through delivery, defining scope, priorities, milestones, and expected outcomes.
• We manage and refine the product backlog so it aligns with business goals and user needs.
• We partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• We contribute to discovery, research, planning, refinement, and implementation activities.
• We work closely with program management and technology teams to support delivery and communication of product initiatives.
• We support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating activities, documenting results, and tracking issue resolution.
• We drive migration timelines, controls, tracking, and reporting.
• We work with subject matter experts and technology teams to define system rules, coding and input needs, and reporting requirements.
• We monitor key metrics, dependencies, issues, and decisions that could affect delivery.
• We help create test plans, runbooks, training materials, and production rollout support.
• We provide concise updates to stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams.
