Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN) Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1653.00 - $1738.00 The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supported through the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. The framework for practice is steered by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based practice and research. RN competencies are derived from these models and supported by the Wellstar Values. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, Telemetry Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed) References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months GA or Compact License BLS, ACLS, SSN Card, and Driver's license must be on file to submit About The Facility This 370-bed general medical and surgical hospital is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and The Joint Commission, from which it has also received certification as a Primary Stroke Center and for its hip and knee joint replacement programs.
