Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient Average 12-13 visits per day with scheduling based on cancellation rate approximately 25% Monday-Friday with two late days from 10 AM to 7 PM; the rest from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour lunch Location Highlights East Ellijay, GA offers a variety of recreational and cultural attractions.
