Responsibilities in Your New Role

• Conducting detailed patient assessments and crafting personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing conditionsbe they acute, episodic, or chronicin collaboration with physicians or independently as your qualifications allow
• Guiding patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and management strategies
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies per your practice scope
• Involving yourself in patient follow-ups and chronic care continuity
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, cohesive care
• Documenting all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications We Need

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Nebraska
• National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capacity to obtain within three months)
