As a Social Worker you will be a vital resource for residents, ensuring their physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs are met throughout their journey with Benedictine. You will help residents understand their health care options and advocate for their preferences. Responsibilities Serve as a support and advocate for residents and families. Utilize skill‑set to identify resources for residents under your care. Support the physical and emotional well‑being of residents. Qualifications Licensed by the Board of Social Work in the state of practice, in good standing. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services from an accredited college. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Experience in long‑term care preferred.
