Urgent Care Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant (PA) Urgent Care Fremont, CA Overview: Our urgent care facility in Fremont is seeking a per diem Physician Assistant (PA) to evaluate and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries. This role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to pick up additional shifts throughout September. Position Offers: Schedule: Per diem Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 7:00 PM (11-hour shifts) Saturday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts) Competitive pay: $90 95 per hour (DOE) Overtime potential Malpractice coverage provided EMR training provided prior to start Opportunity to pick up additional shifts Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients presenting to Urgent Care Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and injuries Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate Provide patient education and follow-up care Provide quality, patient-focused care in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting Qualifications: Active, current Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in California Urgent Care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us: Join an urgent care team offering flexible per diem scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts while making a direct impact on patient care.
