What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Understand and present the full range of Genesis vehicles and features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process from initial contact to delivery.
• Maintain product knowledge on the latest models, technology, and brand innovations.
• Achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Ensure a seamless and luxury-level customer experience, both in-person and digitally.

• Strong follow-up skills
• Ability to build a rapport with customers and build a lasting relationship
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Maintain above average CSI scores

Compensation

• $80,000 to $128,000 per year depending on experience
• Salary range includes weekly base salary and commission
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
• Work Holidays and Weekends when required
