Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with demonstrated success in applying continuous improvement, lean, and six sigma tools
- 2+ years in a Quality Manager role with supervisor-level direct reports
- Proven experience leading six sigma continuous process improvement with a focus on cost and waste reduction
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, Continuous Improvement
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Lean Certification and proven ability to implement 8D methodology
- Bachelor's degree required - MBA preferred
