Clinician Position

This is an admin position, not a normal clinic MA position. A clinician in this role utilizes Epic to address patient concerns and needs from incoming patient phone calls and MyChart messages. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and coworkers. Must be able to document in clear, objective and thorough manner. Previous experience with Epic and doing in basket management/call intake required. MA-R with previous experience in healthcare, healthcare terminology, and in Epic will be considered. MA-C preferred. Locals only. Three interview times (including time zone) must be included when submitting candidate for a position. Please triple confirm candidate is available for interview during these times. No call no show will disqualify candidate for future positions across entire health system. Clinician is expected to have their own reliable transportation.
