Dental Assistant - Training Programs Available

Seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join dental practices as Dental Assistants, with no prior experience required. Role & Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures and support clinical teams. Prepare and clean treatment rooms, take X-rays (training provided), and record patient information. Sterilize tools, maintain a clean workspace, and support front-desk tasks like check-ins and scheduling. Share post-treatment care tips and adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety guidelines. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED. Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn. Background check, valid driver's license, and work authorization in the U.S. Preferred But Not Required Dental assisting certification and bilingual abilities (Spanish/English). Benefits & Compensation Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25, with pay increases based on experience. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and a regular weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, 9-5).
