Role Description The Luxury Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Winston-Salem, NC. This position is responsible for guiding clients through a high-touch, consultative sales experience, including greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting fine jewelry and luxury timepieces, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining extensive product knowledge, handling sales transactions and documentation, and ensuring displays and showcases are visually appealing and well-stocked. The associate will support clients with special orders, repairs, and custom design inquiries, coordinating with in-house specialists as needed. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, following up after purchases, and contributing to store events and promotions to enhance the overall luxury retail experience. Qualifications Strong luxury retail sales and client advisory skills, with the ability to provide a personalized, consultative experience. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term client relationships. Attention to detail and organization for handling transactions, documentation, inventory, and visual merchandising. Ability to learn and retain extensive product knowledge about fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and luxury timepieces. Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a high-end retail environment. Comfort working with sales targets, KPIs, and point-of-sale systems. Reliability and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or watch sales is highly beneficial; experience with brands such as Rolex is a plus.
