• Location: 450 Stanyan Street, San Francisco, CA 94117
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• End Date: 03/29/2027
• Shift: Mon/Tues: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (on-site) plus night call; Weekends: Rounding at 8 am, on-call until 8 am next day
• Hours per Week: Flexible (avg. 20-40 hrs based on schedule)
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in psychiatric care, managing adolescents preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $273/hour
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Night call: $750/night
• In-person compensation: $300/day
• Telehealth: $225/day

What You'll Do:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for adolescents and children
• Manage 6-12 patient encounters per day, including challenging behaviors and crisis interventions
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Lead and supervise healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Participate in on-call rotations including night shifts and weekend rounding
• Adhere to legal, safeguarding, and educational protocols relevant to adolescents

What You Need:

• BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in General Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
• 2+ years of related clinical experience
• Strong foundation in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, respecting cultural and socioeconomic differences
