Medical Device Service Technician

Your Responsibilities
· Perform repair and maintenance services on devices from the Löwenstein Medical's product portfolio
· Deliver customer training sessions and technical instruction
· Ensure compliance with established processes and actively contribute to their continuous improvement
Your Qualifications
· Completed vocational training or associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
· Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Teams and ERP systems
· Prior experience in technical service is preferred
· Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
· Trainer certification or prior experience conducting technical or customer training is a plus
· Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are an advantage
· Independent and well-structured working style, combined with strong teamwork skills
· High service mindset, strong quality awareness, and attention to detail
· Reliability, flexibility, and a conscientious approach to work
