Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

Develop individualized treatment plans using solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, tailoring approaches to each student's unique situation.

Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, including progress notes and treatment updates.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, school counselors, and mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to students.

Facilitate case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continuously enhance treatment quality and outcomes.

Engage and educate students and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with the tools and resources necessary for long-term success.

Stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health interventions for school-aged children to improve service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on students within the Galesburg public school system, a diverse population exhibiting varying levels of mental health challenges that may affect their academic performance and social interactions. You will work collaboratively to promote emotional well-being and resilience among children from different backgrounds, including those facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

At least three years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy, especially within school or community settings.
